The yellow mustards: all-rounders for snack, kitchen and processing, from soft up to spicy
The ‘yellow’ mustards are made with yellow mustards seeds, sometimes combined with sarepta mustardseeds. The exact combination depends on the kind of mustard. They have their own typical flavour and spiciness, from ultra-soft up to strong but all are characterized by a deep yellow color. Following types are available:
- ultramild yellow mustard: very mild mustard
- mild yellow mustard: relatively mild mustard
- yellow mustard: relatively strong mustard
- strong yellow mustard: very strong mustard
They are mainly destinated for the large-scale consumers: snack, catering and processing industry (mayonaise, vinaigrette,salads, …)

Optimal storage at 2-18°C, keep refrigerated after opening. Protect against sun, light and frost. Some oil on top of the mustard? No problem: stir up and ready for use!
