Stropkes mustard is made from a mixture of brown and yellow mustard seeds. Compared to the Extra, it is less spicy, but soft ? No, this is also a mustard with character ! Is easily combined with cheese, cold and warm meat like sausages, … and often used to prepare an excellent mustard-mayonaise or vinaigrette!
