The mustards ‘sweet’ have an exceptional character compared to the ‘classic’ mustards. Their production method is quite different and this gives them an extreme mild character: a very slight spicy onset, fading away in a pleasant after taste:

Optimal storage at 2-18°C, keep refrigerated after opening. Protect against sun, light and frost. Some oil on top of the mustard? No problem: stir up and ready for use!
